Shipping and delivery

NIDO handbags and small leather goods are shipped from warehouses in Italy We offer free Shipping for orders over 200 EUR ONLY FOR EUROPE.
IMPORTANT: International Shipping does not include duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. 

A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s website will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

· REST OF WORLD: 3 – 6 working days

Taxes and duties

The prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer.

For orders outside of the EU :

All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

NIDO cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Returns and cancellation.

Returns are possible within 14 days of shipping.
NIDO reserves the right to not accept any return or merchandise that does not meet the below requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Please be aware that original shipping fees are not refundable.

Return conditions
Purchases must be returned to the original shipping country. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all NIDO item tags attached and any related accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything NIDO reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

How to return your purchase
NIDO packages will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask you to contact directly. We will then provide you with further information.
Returns need to be shipped on the customer’s own expense.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.



Product Availability
NIDO is currently experiencing high demand on every style and therefore cannot guarantee the stock availability of every product. In the event of receiving a “SOLD OUT” notification, please send us an email to and we will be happy to provide you with more information regarding our next restock.

Our customer satisfaction is of great value to us, and we will repair any and all manufacturing defects as soon as possible. However, manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from 

Defects we have been informed of within 1 year of use will be accepted and addressed as soon as possible. NIDO’s products guarantee is valid until 12 months after the purchase date.
